Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the HoReCa sector Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to the clients Negotiate contracts and close deals with hotels, restaurants, chains, and catering companies in liason with the Business development Manager Account Management & Relationship Building Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned region Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities Develop deep understanding of client operations to propose customized cleaning solutions Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction scores Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities Provide feedback to product ...
