Sales Executive

• Grow the business by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Lead customer engagement from inquiry to closing — ensuring excellent service and satisfaction at every stage.

• Prepare and present competitive quotations for Airfreight, Seafreight, Trucking and related logistics services.

• Work closely with international offices and overseas agents to coordinate shipments & develop global business opportunities.

• Secure import routing orders and prepare shipping instructions for inbound air and ocean shipments.

• Collaborate with internal Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of customer shipments.

• Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and work towards achieving sales targets.

• Follow up closely on outstanding payments and assist in credit control matters.
