Sales Executive

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

• Recruit new customers & grow sales pipeline
• Be the main contact for your accounts — calls, visits, emails
• Promote & upsell our printing & packaging solutions
• Understand customer needs, give ideas & solutions
• Prepare quotations, compute pricing & ensure POs are correct
• Process orders fast & issue job tickets same day
• Follow up on artwork approvals & delivery timelines
• Track orders & keep customers updated at every stage
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients & build new ones
• Assist in collecting payments & coordinate urgent deliveries if needed
