Job Description
- Achieve sales targets for assigned divisions in terms of volume, revenue, and margin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions.
- Manage export accounts and key accounts to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while ensuring long‑term partnerships.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Contribute to new solutions, product launches, and regional business development.
- Travel globally (~35%) as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Operations, Technical) for delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
