• Handle inbound enquiries (WhatsApp / phone / Zoom / face-to-face)
• Assess clients' family background, needs and risks
• Explain packages, processes, timelines and terms clearly
• Manage pricing objections and guide decision-making
• Screen and match candidates based on client needs
• Arrange and support online/offline interviews
• Provide professional post-interview recommendations
• Track applications, medicals, documents and handover
• Manage concerns, emotions and unexpected issues
• Reduce complaints/cancellations and build long-term trust
• Coordinate with operations teams, overseas agents and trainers
• Follow company SOPs; no unauthorised commitments
