- Engages in 6-8 dynamic sales calls daily
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of hotel and resort offerings
- Monitors competitors and develops sales targets and strategies
- Explores new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Promotes the resort with compelling communication
- Achieves and exceeds sales goals
- Nurtures key accounts and manage contracts
- Maintains detailed and delivers exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborates seamlessly across departments to exceed guest expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Marketing, Management or any related field
- With 1-2 years background in hotel sales and corporate servicing is a must.
- Knowledge of sales functions: qualification, negotiation, account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Preferably Chinese (Mandarin)
