Sales Executive

Koozo Commerce is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, improving order conversions, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Follow up with customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and encourage them to complete their purchases. Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups by contacting customers, verifying their availability, and coordinating successful delivery reattempts. Conduct Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation calls to reduce order cancellations and Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases. Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate assistance to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
