Sales Executive / Business Developer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new clients, building strong relationships across market segments, and selling the full Marsh Risk and Mercer People and Investments portfolio — insurance broking, risk solutions, employee benefits, and consulting services. This is a quota-bearing role that requires a proactive hunter mentality, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to deliver integrated solutions that drive client outcomes and revenue growth.
