Sales Executive (ACMV/HVAC)

• Assist in managing incoming leads and inquiries
• Knowledge in ACMV system
• Grow Service contract sales by planning & achieving sales objectives & sales target
• Develop new account while maintaining existing account
• Create, plan and deliver presentation on various services as well as solutions catered to customer needs
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with client
• Prepare costing and contract quote
• Prepare sales report
• Attend to customers enquires, feedbacks and complaints
• Coordinate with colleagues to optimize sales effort
• Follow up & assist to chase for payment
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
• With valid class 3 driving license
• Own self vehicle will be an added advantage
