- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions and products
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets [Technical Support & Product Development]
- Coordinate with customers to develop new products and specifications
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues
- Interpret and work with technical drawings (Drawing) [Internal Coordination & Documentation]
- Liaise with internal departments regarding customer requirements and product development
- Prepare sales-related documents and reports (quotations, proposals, etc.)
- Support overall project coordination to ensure timely delivery [Others]
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Participate in company activities
