Monitoring China market dynamics and set strategy for nuclear KOB business.
Sales channel management, clear direction and target set for local business partners (LBP) based on Emerson KOB strategy.
KOB funnel management to ensure accurate SOP numbers, achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
Working with LBPs for account management plan development and follow-up to develop long-term cooperation mode with customers
Process development by working with internal/external teams for KOB work standardization.
Booking numbers monitoring and analyzing for business plan development
Working with LBPs and internal teams for on-site issue solving
Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
