• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
• Create and review drawings using AutoCAD (layouts, basic designs, revisions)
• Develop solar plans/designs as required by projects
• Proactively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities during periods with minimal design workload
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams regarding technical requirements
• Conduct site visits and provide technical recommendations
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
