Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, your role is to provide a bridge between the commercial teams at Grabyo, and the product & engineering teams. You need to become an expert on the technical platform and will act as a surrogate for engineers in the field with customers.
You are the technical authority in the room. You aren't just giving a slide deck; you are architecting cloud production and social video workflows. You will bridge the gap between our commercial teams and the product/engineering squads, acting as a field engineer who understands the nuances of live production, remote solutions, signal flow, latency, and cloud infrastructure.
You will become an expert on the Grabyo platform, capable of troubleshooting complex live ingest scenarios and demonstrating how cloud production outperforms traditional on‑prem hardware and software setups.
