Responsibilities

Generate new business in institutional, government, and real estate sectors.

Handle tenders, quotations, technical submissions, and negotiations.

Promote HVAC solutions (VRF, DX, AHU, FCU, Package Units, Ventilation).

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and payment collection.

Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

3–5 years of HVAC direct/project sales experience.

Experience in Government, PIF, institutional, tender, and real estate projects.
