Sales Documentation Officer

The SDC Sales Booking Officer supports the SDC Sales Booking Manager in ensuring that all new sales and aftersales documents are accurately processed, released, and recorded in the company database in a timely and error-free manner.

Key Responsibilities

The SDC Sales Booking Officer is expected to:

1. Proofread all printed sales documents and contracts—verifying buyer information, project and unit details, and payment schedules against the data encoded in the company database prior to release.
2. Ensure that all sales documents and contracts are accurate and released to the buyer (through the Seller, Ownership Solutions, or Investment Recovery Group) for signature within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT) or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Screen and validate documentary and payment requirements submitted for Account Adjustment (AA) processing.
