A large global switchgear manufacturer is seeking a strategic Sales Director to lead commercial growth across the UK and EMEA region. This role includes responsibility for a sales and specification team of 10+ people , offering a chance to shape regional strategy and drive long-term growth within an established international business.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will:

• Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy across the EMEA region

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-border team of sales and specification professionals (10+ staff)
