Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and expand the Indonesia sales team to achieve company growth targets.
  • Recruit, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales members.
  • Drive team performance in terms of:
  • FTD acquisition
  • IB registrations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client acquisition.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity and conversion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
  • Support onboarding and development of new sales members.
  • Ensure the sales team operates in line with company policies and business objectives.
