Overview

Sales Director - Chronic Care. You will have full sales and profit responsibility for the Chronic Care business, directing all sales activities from strategy design to execution. The role includes driving revenue growth and profitability through strong leadership of the sales team, regular communication with the sales force and customers, and providing input to marketing. The Sales Director is a member of the senior management team and helps set the overall strategic direction for Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strategic and operational sales plans and forecasts with short- and long-term objectives aligned with the strategic direction.
• Manage an annual expense forecast to support forecasted selling positions and sales goal attainment.
• Drive the tender process; identify and deliver key strategic tenders.
