We are currently seeking a suitable team member for the position of “Sales Director” for our company operating in the medical tourism sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, or health services
  • Proven track record in international market development and revenue growth
  • Strong network within medical tourism ecosystems (agencies, facilitators, international partners)
  • Demonstrated team leadership and scaling experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong plus
