Sales Development & Support Coordinator

Castell Howell Foods is Wales’ leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Development & Support Coordinator based in Cross Hands.

You will play a key role in helping the business identify and convert opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. Working alongside Regional Managers, Business Development Managers and Telesales teams, you will help turn customer insight into meaningful action, supporting both sales growth and customer retention.

We are looking for commercially minded individuals who enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and making things happen. Using customer insight, sales trends and our online sales tools, you will identify opportunities such as declining spend, lost product sales, untapped product categories and competitor threats.
