Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Shift: Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Work Modality: Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm outreach to existing HOPE clients using CRM tools
• Initiate cold calls to nearby dog daycare centers and potential B2B partners
• Manage inbound calls and schedule rides via Ginger, Outlook, and Calendly
• Track lead conversion and follow-up using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Handle voicemail drops and respond to callbacks
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ride bookings
• Collaborate with founders to refine outreach strategy and client engagement
• Support promotional campaigns and upsell ride packages

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer outreach experience preferred but not a must
• Passion for dogs and comfort discussing pet-related services
