Overview
We have an exciting Sales Development Representative position open in our Mexico City office. You would be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities for small to medium-scale customers, both within existing accounts and new customers. You would also coordinate with sales teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You will be dedicated to revenue generation through outbound and inbound communication, connecting with identified prospective customers, as well as managing and responding to inbound inquiries. You'll leverage research and tools to connect with prospects daily via phone, email, social media, and various channels. Through conversations with prospects, you'll develop interest and agreement from prospects on next steps in their evaluation of our solutions, such as scheduling demos or discovery calls with Sales.
