Sales Development Representative (WFH)

Location: Remote, Philippines-Based

Work Schedule: Fulltime, 09:00 am - 06:00 PM EST Time Zone

Rate: 6-8 USD







This role is the engine of our sales pipeline, executing outbound prospecting, maintaining our CRM system, and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales team on messaging and area of focus.





Key Qualifications:

Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, or a related field.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with our sales stack, MixMax, Google Apps Suite and other enablement tools.

Communication: Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills; you must be comfortable cold-calling property owners, developers, and integrators.

Mindset: A start-up mentality—you are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to pivot strategies based on data and market feedback.
