Sales Development Representative

Qualifications:

-A graduate (or equivalent), driven, coachable, strong communicator.

-0–1 year experience — fresh graduates welcome.

-Resilient, organised and hungry to grow.

-College graduate (Business, Marketing, IT or related) or equivalent.

-Strong communication; resilient, coachable, target-driven.

-Familiarity with the Philippine SMB/SME market a plus.



Duties and Responsibilities:

-Reach out to prospects and start the conversation.

-Qualify opportunities the IXS way (we train you on BANT+).

-Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

-Keep your pipeline clean and hit weekly targets.

-Prospect and run outreach (cold call, email, social) per IXS-SAL-020 cadence.

-Qualify opportunities using BANT+ (IXS-TRN-016); record status in Odoo.

-Book qualified meetings for Account Executives; hand off cleanly.

-Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline data; hit weekly targets; submit IX...
