Job Description

We’re hiring a high‑energy SDR to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and rapid lead qualification. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry, structured, and enjoys the chase. The SDR will work closely with Sales and Marketing to convert interest into real sales opportunities. This is a performance‑ role and requires availability aligned primarily with Northern US and European time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

  • Execute outbound outreach at scale using email + LinkedIn + calls
  • Run structured outbound sequences to target ICP accounts
  • Research prospects and personalize messaging when needed
  • Book meetings for Sales (discovery calls and demos)

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify inbound marketing leads (MQLs) and outbound leads
