Role Overview

Code Analytics is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder who knows how to spot the right opportunities, craft winning proposals, and help grow our international client base for software and IT services.

What you'll do

• Identify and analyze high-quality projects on Upwork
• Write tailored, value-driven proposals (no copy-paste bids)
• Manage Upwork connects and bidding strategy
• Communicate with clients via chat and calls
• Pitch staff augmentation models (dedicated developers/teams)
• Coordinate with internal technical teams
• Follow up with leads and support deal closures
• Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
