We're Hiring: Upwork Bidder / Sales Development Associate

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Role Overview
Code Analytics is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder who knows how to spot the right opportunities, craft winning proposals, and help grow our international client base for software and IT services.
What you'll do
Identify and analyze high-quality projects on Upwork
Write tailored, value-driven proposals (no copy-paste bids)
Manage Upwork connects and bidding strategy
Communicate with clients via chat and calls
Pitch staff augmentation models (dedicated developers/teams)
Coordinate with internal technical teams
Follow up with leads and support deal closures
Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / BD Associate
Strong understanding of IT services & staff augmentation
Hands-on bidding for Web, Mobile, SaaS,...
