Sales Development Representative

We are a fast-growing, US-based digital marketing agency hiring a 100% Remote SDR. You will handle outbound prospecting to US business owners and book high-value consultations. We value raw talent, sales experience, and communication over formal degrees.

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Fixed night shifts (aligned with US EST/CST/PST)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions

Key Responsibilities

Cold Outreach: Conduct strategic cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to US leads.

Qualify & Book: Run brief discovery calls, handle objections, and schedule strategy sessions for our closing team.

CRM Tracking: Keep pipeline data and call notes meticulously updated.

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (B2B marketing/SaaS experience is a major plus).
