About the Role

Work as a Sales Development Representative in Busuu's Italian expansion, supporting companies to build spoken confidence in international workforces. You will open doors, spark meaningful conversations, and directly shape Busuu's revenue and reach by converting strategic prospects into high-value pipeline opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Architect & scale AI-powered prospecting workflows; design, test, and optimize them to improve efficiency and conversion across prospecting and qualification.
  • Translate learnings into playbooks and insights.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and intent signals to generate high-intent opportunities with Enterprise and mid-market accounts in Italy.
