Busuu is a leading EdTech company that empowers people through language learning. We are expanding in Italy and need a Sales Development Representative to generate high‑intent pipeline opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, testing, and scaling of AI‑powered prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Translate learnings into playbooks and insights.
- Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and intent signals to generate high‑intent opportunities with Enterprise and mid‑market accounts in Italy.
- Map and engage HR, L&D, and Procurement professionals leveraging AI‑driven outreach and targeted human engagement (including cold calling).
- Own pipeline generation end‑to‑end: mapping, prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for BDMs.
- Convert inbound leads into opportunities.
