Location: UK (with focus on UK & European markets)

Salary: £26,000-£27,000 + performance-based bonus

Overview

We are looking to hire a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our contract division within the Data Centre market across the UK and Europe.

This is a pure sales-focused position, ideally suited to someone from a high-energy, target-driven sales background , who thrives on outbound activity and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and generate new contract vacancies within the Data Centre sector across the UK and Europe
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify hiring needs
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to the contract delivery team
