Role Overview
We're looking for a confident, results-oriented Sales Development Representative who will take marketing-generated leads and convert them into closed blueprints. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build relationships through persistent, personalized follow-up.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Calls & Appointments
- Conduct sales calls with qualified leads from marketing funnel
- Present Dedicated Developers' services persuasively and professionally
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Close leads into signed blueprints
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
- Warm up and nurture leads who have shown interest but haven't booked appointments
- Follow up with leads who didn't show up for scheduled appointments
- Re-engage leads from previous conversations to move them forward
