Are you a hustle-driven sales pro who thrives on turning cold outreach into hot opportunities? We're looking for a bilingual (English + Spanish) Appointment Setter/SDR to build strong pipelines, spark conversations, and book high-value calls with decision-makers. If you have 3+ years in phone outreach, love hitting quotas, and know your way around HubSpot and Excel, you'll fit right in. Bonus points if you've worked with B2B SaaS or in the construction industry
Core Tasks:
- Manage a pipeline of potential prospects through DM, cold-calling, email outreach
- Create lead lists and enrich prospect data using several tools
- Schedule qualification calls with the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadership
- Manage contacts and paperwork at final deal stages
- Filter un- or underqualified leads through phone conversation
- Track and report on key outreach and close metrics
