About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong knowledge of the construction industry to join our growing sales team. This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and engaging with contractors primarily in Division 9 (flooring, drywall, finishes) and Division 3 (concrete) to generate high-quality sales opportunities. You'll be using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and dialers (Nooks, Orum) to drive outbound engagement and build customized outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify qualified prospects within the construction industry.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls and email sequences to contractors and decision-makers.
- Qualify accounts and contacts based on project scope, company size (10–50+ employees), and key decision-makers (CFO, CIO, CEO, estimators).
