We are building a nearshore sales team to expand our U.S. client base and are looking for a driven, high-activity Sales Development Representative based in Latin America.

As a LATAM based SDR, you will focus exclusively on generating qualified meetings with U.S. based hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives. This is build relationship and grow a book of business outbound calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn outreach, and structured follow-up.
