Location: Along Thika Road (20 minutes from Ruiru)
Working Hours: 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM EAT (Australian business hours – fixed shift)
Pay: Commensurate with experience + uncapped monthly commission
About the Role
We are a fast-growing Australian group operating in Finance, Tax, Investments, and Migration Services. We are hiring a strong sales professional to join our Nairobi office and work with Australian clients and partners.
This is not a passive office job. It's a role for someone who enjoys calling, pitching, following up, and closing deals.
Your Responsibilities
You will handle outbound sales and onboarding across multiple business units:
Cold calling & outreach (calls, LinkedIn, video messages)
Finding and onboarding brokers, partners, and clients in Australia
Booking meetings for senior consultants and fund managers
Following up leads and keeping them active in the CRM
Building long-term relationships with prospects and partners
