We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed SDR Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales development team. Your job is simple: generate pipeline with discipline and precision, and turn SDRs into world-class sellers.

What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting across priority verticals.
  • Own activity and pipeline-generation targets: call volumes, connection rates, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.
  • Build structured call frameworks, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach strategies, and persona-based messaging.
  • Run daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and live floor coaching.
  • Monitor SDR performance through dashboards and enforce high standards of activity, data hygiene, and follow-through.
