Sales Coordinator

Salary: $3,000
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday)
Work Location: Sin Ming (near Marymount, Upper Thomson, Bishan and Ang Mo Kio MRT Stations) Responsibilities:
. Sales order processing (prepare sales order, invoices, and delivery order) for local and overseas markets.
. Work closely with the Sales Team to support quotations and sales enquiries.
. Maintain up to date orders information to customers.
. Update and maintain pricing in the computer system. Requirements:
. Proficient in MS Office application
. Good team player and able to perform task without much supervision
. Good working attitude and responsible
