Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.Serves as main line of support for sales representatives Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions Handle any additional special projects as needed Ability to manage a large number ...
