Coordinate with retail planners, internal teams, and overseas suppliers to support sales operations.
Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring documentation, logistics, and compliance requirements are met.
Prepare reports, brochures, costing sheets, and presentation materials for management and client submissions.
Support the Sales Manager by handling requests, generating reports, and managing department resources.
Verify artwork, packaging, and inspection reports against sales orders to ensure quality standards.
Manage deliveries and sample handling, including courier dispatch and documentation.
