POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR

LOCATION - MERU, KLANG

SALARY - RM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To prepare the quotation promptly.
To generate reports on the daily outgoing quotations and sales order listing to the management team.
To coordinate the customer order by following through with the stock planning and delivery schedule with other departments.
Follow up closely on every order status and feedback accordingly to the superior if there's any cancellation or on-hold case.
REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Knowledge in ERP Systems (SAP) for quotation/ sales order issuance is an added advantage.
Preferably at least 1- 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in KLANG.
