Sales Coordinator

The Opportunity

As the Sales Coordinator, your role is to maximize the customer's (retailers) in-stock position via prompt order processing, generation of reports and accurate maintenance of data systems in line with the requirements of the Australian and New Zealand Account Team, and provide a high standard of service to all customers.

What Your Impact Will Be

Order Processing

• Ensure all orders are processed, released and supplied in full and on time, in accordance with customer trading terms and delivery requirements.
• Process all sales orders within a 12-hour turnaround period.
• Maintain a system to manage customer back orders to ensure that the order is supplied in full once stock has become available.
• Monitor product codes, pricing, quantities and delivery windows to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of orders and to minimize return/credit claims.
