Sales Coordinator

To provide comprehensive support to the sales team in achieving sales targets by efficiently coordinating and processing sales quotations, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Customer Queries

2. Prepare quotations, attending to customers' queries, and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

3. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

4. Monitor vessel space and update the sales team regarding space availability.

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

6. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
