JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To provide support to sales team and work closely with customers.

• Coordinating and preparing sales documentation and customer order including:

• prepare delivery order and invoice.

• coordinating for purchase order from Customer
• prepare sales order
• prepare quotation
• handle enquiries
• follow up return invoice and delivery order
• write item in the standby book for store standby the item

• fax or email sales order, credit note and quotation to customers and make sure customer chop & sign.

• Arrange courier for urgent delivery.

• Coordinating and preparing customer return documentation including:

• prepare CCF form

• arrange for collection

• Issue stock issue and received.

• Pick up phone, liaising with Customer & Sales Executive/Manager.
