Sales Controller

We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our team in Packaging Solutions’ BU Northern Europe. You contribute directly to profitable growth, margin development, and commercial excellence across the region.

Hybrid role, with location in Jönköping, Stockholm, Lahti, Helsinki or Riga.

Your role

As a Sales Controller, you work at the heart of commercial decision‑making across Business Unit Northern Europe, acting as a trusted financial partner to the business. You support sales and business leaders with insights that improve profitability, transparency, and future readiness.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You are expected to challenge the status quo and influence how decisions are made. You bring a transformation mindset, continuously improving sales controlling practices by simplifying processes, introducing smarter analytics and automation, and enabling more agile, insight‑driven decision‑making.
