The role involves driving sales of Vodacom products, Easy2Own devices, and SIM cards, providing after-sales support, and ensuring accurate reporting of sales transactions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
•Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
•Deliver excellent customer service, understanding and addressing customer needs.
•Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Vodacom prepaid deals, promotions, and the Easy2Own platform.
•Assist customers with the RICA process, ensuring all legal requirements are completed accurately.
