Position Summary

The responsibilities of the Sales Professional are centered on understanding and meeting customer needs. To sell, this person must have basic knowledge of cars and be able to learn about the prices, models, trims, options, and other variations of the manufacturer’s product. They should also know about the competition’s products and prices. Most importantly, the person must care for customers and have a strong interest in exceeding their expectations.
