Sales Consultant/ Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people through challenging situations? 

We are seeking a Sales Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for customers requiring specialist service support. In this role, you will guide customers through the entire service process, manage enquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, coordinate jobs with internal teams, and build strong relationships with clients and referral partners. 
  
Key Responsibilities 

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person. 
• Coordinate customer cases from initial enquiry through to completion. 
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and invoices. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners. 
• Coordinate logistics, courier bookings, and job allocation.
