THE ROLE
The Sales Commissions Analyst plays a key role in supporting the administration, reporting, and analysis of commission programs across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate calculation of commissions, managing plan and quota data, supporting annual plan design, and partnering closely with Commercial, Finance, Payroll, and Leadership teams. The analyst will contribute to ongoing process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting standardization to ensure scalable and efficient commission operations.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly/quarterly commission calculations and payouts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update compensation systems (Everstage), including new hires, terminations, quota/TI changes, and plan assignments.
