Job Description
The Sales BDM owns and leads pursuits focused on attracting new Integrated Sales customers supporting the commercial strategies, financial results, and market share ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coach the product organization on new customer’s needs.
- Negotiate the global tender to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Accountable for the implementation and compliance of own opportunities by collaborating with Sales, Product and CX and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Engagement and Relationship Building
- Drive the engagement and relationship with new customers.
- Understand the customers needs, pain points, and business challenges.
